Dave Decker has served the real estate needs of his clients since 1979 in Washington State and California.  His analytical skills and detail oriented approach make him the ideal professional to determine the viability of a variety of commercial and investment properties, including muti-family properties, church/school facilities, office buildings, and industrial properties.  Dave is a full time commercial real estate consultant, having successfully completed the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) educational curriculum, and is an active member of the Founder's Chapter of Business Network International in Monrovia, California.
